Bio

Kyle D’Auria (they/he) was born in 1988 in Tucson, Arizona. In 2013, they received their BFA in 3D + Extended Media from The University of Arizona. This milestone was commemorated with a solo exhibition, Bildungsroman, at The Steinfeld Warehouse. Kyle proceeded to work a myriad of positions in the art field, most notably running their own furniture-making business, Commoner Goods, in Portland, Oregon, where they continue to hone their craft, all the while maintaining their art practice. This year Kyle is seeking grants and residency opportunities to support a mixed media project called The Portland Progressive Facade.
